You will need the following ingredients for this low carb recipe:

  • 350 g white fish fillet
  • 100 g green beans
  • 1 tomato
  • 30 g green olives
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

And this is how to prepare the low carb fish fillet recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry the fish fillet.
  3. Dice the tomato into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the olives.
  4. Mix the tomato, garlic, rosemary and olives with the butter, almonds, breadcrumbs and egg yolk and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  5. Oil your baking/casserole dish. Place the fish in the dish, season with salt and pepper and drizzle some lemon juice over it.
  6. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the fish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
  7. In the meantime, cook the beans in salted water. Arrange and enjoy.
