A healthy diet with a moderate calorie deficit, combined with lots of exercise, is the best way to lose weight.
You can only lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit. This means you should consume less calories throughout the day (including drinks!) than you burn. A healthy diet and plenty of exercise bring faster and more long-term success because exercise is the second key factor in losing weight. You should not underestimate the influence of physical activity in everyday life.

Note that all calories are not created equal. The calories of an ice cream bar are not comparable to a calorically identical, healthy snack – like a salad. In addition to calorie counting, you should therefore make sure that you eat a healthy and balanced diet.
Oily and highly processed foods, as well as sugary foods and drinks should be banned from your diet. Try to cook as fresh as possible and use many whole seasonal ingredients.
