Interval fasting is where you eat your food within a specified window of time. For our interval fasting Plans we recommend 16: 8 interval fasting with 2 to 3 meals per day. What does this mean? This means you eat your meals within 8 hours and then fast for 16 hours. The time of day you choose to break your fast is up to you. You can modify the time to best suit your schedule. However after you choose, it is important to comply with the meal breaks. Your body should be able to digest the food in peace during the fasting period. When you find a suitable fasting rhythm, you should keep it. It does not make sense to vary fasting times daily. Overall, your body benefits from the consistency in the long-term.
