About Henriette:

Henriette studied Nutritional Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda. She decided to focus on nutrition and health. Within her studies, she completed a project in the area of sustainable consumption. She is also very interested in nutrition, sustainability and sport in her private life. She herself has been living vegan for a long time and enjoys doing a variety of sports from dancing to yoga to working out at the gym. Helping other people to integrate healthy eating and sport into their everyday lives and showing that these can be fun is important to her.

Here at Upfit, Henriette works in customer service. She also makes sure that our coach article section is updated with new information about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. In the social media area, Henriette is responsible for the production of short cooking videos to make our recipes easier to follow.
