About Isabella Heider:
Isabella is studying Cross-Media Editing/Public Relations with a specialisation in Cross-Media Editing at Stuttgart Media University (HdM). In addition to comprehensive knowledge about journalistic activities in print and online, Isabella has the necessary know-how about journalistic products. As part of her studies, she has already written seven articles for the university’s own online magazine edit and produced her own podcast about spices. In addition to her studies, Isabella is actively involved in the university radio and hosts various morning shows, and most recently her own radio show.
She likes to spend part of her free time in the kitchen cooking and baking – her passion since childhood. She is very interested in topics related to nutrition and health. In addition to her great passion, she has also been running her own Instagram food channel since the end of last year, where she shares a wide variety of recipes and creations with her followers.
At Upfit, Isabella worked in the social media area and wrote articles on the topic of nutrition.
