About Nora:
Nora graduated in Nutritional Science at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences which included a study visit to the University of Malta. Her focus is on nutrition and health and the food industry. She already gained practical experience in her federal voluntary service, where she also worked in home economics. In addition to this she completed numerous projects during her studies and a voluntary internship.
Her interests lie mainly in the topics of nutrition and health. She is particulary passionate about sustainability with relation to the environment as well as the implementation of a healthy diet. It is important to her that healthy nutrition is individual for everyone and leads to long-term satisfaction. For her, it is fundamental that the knowledge transmitted about nutrition and health is scientifically sound.
At Upfit, Nora is responsible for articles on the topic of nutrition. She also works in customer service.
