About Verena:
Verena has a doctorate in psychology with a focus on diagnostics, sports psychology and health psychology. After her studies Verena worked in research and teaching at the University of Hamburg. In addition, she has completed further training in the areas of coaching and consulting.
Verena has been involved with swimming since her early childhood. She began as a swimmer herself and is now active as a trainer in the junior sector. Following her further education in sports psychological coaching, Verena has worked with athletes from the fields of swimming, triathlon, ultra running, sport climbing and martial arts.
