About Fee Paulus:
Fee graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Münster with a degree in Ecotrophology, specialising in nutrition and health, and with further modules such as “Sport and Nutrition”, “Vegan nutrition” “Nutrition – A Window on Culture” and “Excel for Ecotrophologists”. She says:
“In my free time I do weight training, have been working in a gym for two years and am a qualified B-licence fitness trainer.My main area of interest is the blend of a balanced diet with sport/sufficient exercise in everyday life in order to be efficient and healthy.”
Fee would like to share with others that a healthy diet is not witchcraft and, especially in combination with sport, contributes to a satisfying and fulfilling life.
At Upfit, Fee is responsible for articles on the topic of nutrition. She also works in customer service.
