About Hannah Wagner:

Hannah is studying Nutritional Science at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. In addition to the basics of nutritional science, she has taken further specialisations such as “nutrition-associated diseases” and “world nutrition in a sustainable context”. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking. Through work experience in canteen kitchens and in gastronomy, she was able to improve her cooking skills and enjoys developing new recipes.

Hannah is particularly interested in the area of nutrition-associated diseases, as many diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases can have their origin in nutrition. She would like to communicate that health can be promoted through a healthy diet and physical activity. In addition, Hannah finds the focus on “sustainable nutrition” very interesting and has dealt with this topic in several projects.

At Upfit, Hannah works in customer service and writes articles on the topic of nutrition.
