About Luisa:

Luisa graduated in nutritional sciences at the University of Hohenheim. Her focus is on nutritional medicine. She gained practical experience in the context of scientific studies and laboratory internships at her university.

In addition to the field of nutritional medicine, her interests also lie in the area of sport and fitness, especially in the holistic view of the topics of nutrition and exercise as a healthy lifestyle. On a sporting level, Luisa was successful in vaulting for several years.

It is important to her that educational work in the area of nutrition and prevention (of nutrition-associated diseases) is scientifically sound and accessible to everyone in a simple and understandable way.
