You will need these ingredients for the Low Carb Chili:

  • 80g red lentils
  • 1/2 tsp. vegetable stock
  • 80g sweetcorn
  • 1 pepper
  • 100g green beans
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 tbsp. almond paste
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • A pinch of paprika

Here's how you prepare your weight loss dish:

First, boil the red lentils in 100ml of vegetable stock.

Dice the onions and sauté in a large pan. Then add the diced paprika and the green beans.

Add the chopped tomatoes and then the crushed garlic (we recommend using a garlic press). Season with pepper, salt, chili powder and paprika powder.

Then add the sweetcorn and the cooked lentils. Finally add the almond butter to make the delicious chili a little bit creamier. Bon appetit!
