Power Breakfast - The Paleo Protein Shake

Intro

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That’s why this Paleo Power Breakfast contains all the neccessary micro and macronutrients that you need for the day. And of course, it’s delicious too. Why don’t you try it out!


You will need these ingredients for the Paleo Protein Shake

  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 20g leaf spinach
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 60g cranberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • Blender

And here is how you prepare your Power Breakfast:

Boil the eggs until soft: put them in lukewarm water on the stove. Boil for 6 mins and 30 seconds.

Leave to cool then peel.

Wash and drain the spinach, peel the bananas and wash the cranberries.

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until the desired (creamy) consistency is achieved.

Add some coconut milk as required. Enjoy!
