Stuffed Avoacdo Meatballs for weight loss

Meat meets avocado. These delicious meatballs are quick to make and the recipe is suitable for a weight loss diet. Healthy fats combined with a good portion of protein keep you full for a long time and give you enough energy to last all day!

You will need the following ingredients for this weight loss dish:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 100g minced beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of parsley

Here's how you prepare this weight loss dish:

Als Erstes musst du die Zwiebel und Petersilie klein hacken und die Knoblauchzehe pressen.

First, finely chop the onion and parsley. Press the garlic clove.Then mix the onion, garlic, parsley, egg and mustard. Add the minced meat and knead the mixture thoroughly.

Season the mixture with the salt and pepper and roll it into equal sized balls.

With a knife, score a cross into the avocado to remove the skin. Dig enough flesh out with a spoon, so that you have a piece of avocado for each meatball.

Make a hollow in each meatball and press a piece of avocado into each one. Close the meatballs around the avocado and make them smooth and round.

Finally, fry the meatballs in coconut oil for about 8 minutes, making sure they cook on all sides. The suffed avocado meatballs are now ready. Bon appetite!
