4 eggs
6 slices of bacon
2 cherry tomatoes
20 g mushrooms
1 pinch of pepper, salt and chives


And here is how you prepare your weight loss breakfast:

Firstly, preheat the oven to 200°.

Next, finely chop the mushrooms and tomatoes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with some of the salt and pepper. Add the chives.

Put a slice of bacon in each muffin mould and fill with the egg mixture.

Then distribute the tomatoes and mushrooms evenly between the moulds and put in the oven.

After about 12 minutes, the breakfast muffins are ready.
