You will need these ingredients for this healthy snack for losing weight:

  • 400 g can of chickpeas
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper

And here is how you prepare this snack for losing weight:

First drain the chickpeas and spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Then roast the chickpeas at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. To prevent the chickpeas from burning, turn them over a few times on the baking tray.

Meanwhile create a spice mix with the spices.

When the chickpeas are crispy on the outside, take them out of the oven and drizzle a little oil over them.

Then stir the chickpeas through the spice mixture and leave to cool for a few minutes.

And now your healthy snack is ready!
