  • 1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp. butter or coconut oil

This is how you prepare your sweet weight loss snack

  • First dry fry the coconut flakes and walnuts in a pan.
  • Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the coconut flakes and walnuts from the pan and leave to cool.
  • Melt some butter in the pan and fry the banana halves on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  • Add honey or agave syrup and lime juice.
  • Put the fried banana on a plate and sprinkle with the coconut flakes and walnuts.
