Mixed Tuna Casserole for Losing Weight

Intro

With this delicious tuna casserole you can cook a delicious dinner for losing weight that is ready in 20 minutes and helps the pounds drop off. You can also find the recipe in your Upfit nutrition plan.


You will need the following ingredients for this dish:

  • 150 g tuna (canned)
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 50 g emmental cheese
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • A pinch of salt, pepper and chives

And here is how to prepare your weight loss dish:

  1. Quarter the mushrooms and dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the garlic and onion and fry for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Next, remove the pan from the heat. Drain the tuna and add it to the pan with the chives.
  5. Next, mix well and transfer into a casserole dish. 
  6. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes. Bon appetite!
