You will need these ingredients for this weight loss lunch:

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

And here is how you prepare the meal for losing weight:

First, dice the onion.

Then wash the pepper and remove the seeds.

Dice the pepper, tomato and peach and put in a bowl with the onion.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

For the dressing you now need to mix the honey with some water and 2 tsp. of white wine vinegar. Stir well.
