The alternatives function is there so that you can choose another recipe outside of the suggested ones.
If you don’t like a dish, you can go
- 💻 on the web under the recipe on “More alternatives & favourites” or
- 📱 on the app, swipe to the far right of the meals and use the “More alternatives” button.
Here you can choose between about 50 different recipes for each meal. Once you have chosen a recipe, click on it and it will appear in your plan. The recipes from the alternative are also tailored to your nutritional and calorie requirements.
