You have access to the Plans of all past weeks and the following week at any time during the entire Plan period. However, in order to be able to see these after the expiration of your Plan, you must save the respective weekly Plans as a PDF:
To download your PDF Plans, go to your Plan and click “PDF” in the top left-hand corner, the download will start automatically. Keep in mind that after your Plan has expired, you will not be able to view it or download it as a PDF.
If your goals have changed, for example, you’ve lost weight and now want to keep your weight or build muscle, then you can extend your Plan and it will continue to adapt flexibly to your wishes. If you’d like to maintain your weight you can set your goal to “Clean Eating“. This will help you to avoid the yo-yo effect and help you to optimize your nutrition, health, and well-being.
