A Cheat Day, where you can eat everything you want, is not part of Upfit Nutrition Plans. However, there is the “Refeed day” on the last day of the week in your Plan. Your calorie intake is higher on this day than on the other days. However, it would be best if you let go of the idea of Cheat Days and Cheat Meals, as they can hinder your success.
As your body slowly gets used to the new healthy diet, cheat days are no longer necessary. If you’d like to eat a piece of pizza or chocolate, you should enjoy it in moderation and not let it become a habit.
