Generally, you can exchange foods as long as they have similar nutritional values.
For example, it makes little difference if you prefer honey as a sweetener instead of agave syrup. If you want to exchange something, look at the calories and nutritional value of the food and make sure they are not too different. It is easier if you exclude foods that you do not like from your Plan at the beginning. You can specify these foods when you first order your Plan or at any time after by clicking “Customize Plan”.
