Can I omit food or spices from recipes?
Spices can be easily omitted because they have hardly any calories. However, the omission of food items changes the nutritional values of a Meal. This could result in smaller Meal portions or the failure of recipes. In addition, important macro and micronutrients are missing, which, depending on the chosen goal (weight loss, muscle growth, definition, cleannutrition), are decisive for your success. It is better if you:
>Choose an alternative from the three recipe suggestions per meal

- Substitute food items with similar alternatives
- Exclude food that you do not want to eat completely in your Plan Settings.
