You can cook and shop for several people by simply increasing the portions per Meal in the weekly overview. The Shopping Lists then adjust automatically. Please note that the Plan is still tailored to you personally.
For example, if you want to lose weight as a man and your smaller girlfriend also wants to lose weight, she is unlikely to do so if she eats the same Meals as you, because she may have a very different (lower) calorie requirement. That’s why we do not offer partner Plans. So you should only use the Plan to cook for several people if your Plan is mainly about clean eating and not about body changes (e.g. weight loss, muscle building).
