“Training for beginners:
The Workout Plan for beginners is designed with exercises using your own body weight. It is suitable for all newcomers to fitness or for those who want to train without additional weights. As mentioned above, the exercises in this Fitness Plan utilize your own body weight. This Plan is intended to be a complementary Plan to follow at the same time as the Meal Plan for Weight Loss. This double use is of course not obligatory.
A gym membership is not necessary. You can easily complete the beginner’s Fitness Plans at home on a sports mat. Check out our beginner Plans here in the shop, including a Six-Pack Plan, an Abs-Leg-Butt Plan, and a Full-Body Workout Plan for beginners, for periods of one and three months, respectively.”
The exercises in the Advanced Fitness Plan are performed on suitable equipment or with free weights. The Workout Plan with additional weight is above all complementary to our Meal Plans for Building Muscle and the Definition Plan. Of course you can also use these Workout Plans with the Meal Plan for Weight Loss as well. Each 12-month Nutrition Plan by Upfit includes a free Workout Plan for the entire duration.
