The Upfit Nutrition Plan term lengths do not differ in the variety of Meals or other features, but they do differ substantially in price. No matter which term length you choose:
- Upfit saves you time, because you no longer have to Plan your meals or write shopping lists, and the practical Meal Prep function lets you prep Meals for several days in advance.
- Upfit is not a crash diet, but a healthy and long-term sustainable diet change.

If you choose the Lifetime Plan, you’ll never again have to wonder what for dinner in the evenings, or wonder how to lose weight or build up muscles, or worry whether your body is always supplied with all the essential nutrients. And you can take breaks from your Upfit Plan whenever you feel like it, and climb back on board when your ready.
