All recipes that are displayed in your plan are tailored to your personal nutritional needs. This need is individual for each person. To help you reach your goal, only dishes that fit your personal needs are suggested.
If you don’t like a suggested dish, you can choose another recipe from your favorites on the web under “More alternatives & favorites” or select another dish from about 50 different alternatives. In the app, you can find these functions under “more alternatives” and “choose from favorites”. Now you can also search for more dishes in the search bar at the top. Recipes that don’t fit your nutritional profile won’t be displayed there either. In order to keep the variety as large as possible, we make sure that dishes are not repeated too often. Due to these reasons, you may not be able to find a particular recipe. In order for the recipe search to work, you have to keep in mind that breakfast recipes only appear in the breakfast section, lunch recipes only in the lunch section, etc., and the same applies to favorite dishes.
