Once your payment has been debited ,and you have already received an email with your order number and access to your individual Nutrition Plan, it will no longer be possible to cancel or return your Plan. Since this is an individually made product for you, your right to cancelation expires.
If you have just ordered your Plan and no costs have been charged, write us an email directly to info@upfit.de with your full name, your order number, and a valid reason. We will clarify everything else with you and see if a cancellation of the contract is still possible.
If your nutritional Plan is not yet to your complete satisfaction, you can adjust it independently or contact us to help you at any time. Our customer team will do everything to ensure that your Plan is optimally adapted to your wishes.
