It’s not possible to cancel and return an already-created meal plan. However, please feel free to reach out to us, so we can revise your meal plan if needed. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in achieving your goals with the help of the Upfit plan.
Section 5.4 of our Terms and Conditions states:
5.4. Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to services or goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, that are not pre-made, and whose production is significantly influenced by the customer’s individual choice or determination, or that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal if the goods/services are accessed or downloaded at the customer’s request. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of digital goods (e.g., program content, streaming videos, downloads), as these are not returnable.
