Everyone would like to to treat themselves now and then, or gets invited to a birthday party or business lunch. Of course, this is also possible with Upfit:
- Eliminate the meal by replacing it with “going out to eat”. Learn how to skip Meals here. Your Upfit Shopping List automatically adjusts when you skip a Meal.
- But be aware that in most cases food served in restaurants has more calories than food in your personally optimized Meals. Of course, you can choose dishes that are similar to the Meals in your Plan.
- Order sauces / dressings on the side, so you can dose the correct amount out yourself and save calories. Studies show that we generally eat more when we eat out – so don’t be ashamed to leave something on the plate or take the leftovers in a to-go box. If you stick to your Plan the majority of the time, nothing stands in the way of reaching your goal (losing weight, building muscle, definition, ect.).
If you are following an Upfit nutritional Plan, going out to eat every now and then is not a problem if you don’t make it a habit. In principle, however, you should stick to the Meals provided in your Plan as often as possible and not eat in the restaurant or cafeteria- especially if you have a body changing goal.
