Your muesli in the morning is a must for you? You can’t eat bread at lunchtime? That’s no problem and can be easily added to your plan with a few clicks.
To do this, simply go to “Customise” in the web login and select “Eating habits.” If you’re on the app, click on the small gear and then on “Eating preferences”. Here you can choose which type of meal you would like to have for each individual meal and each individual day.
For example:
If you want to eat muesli in the morning, you can favor “Muesli” and exclude “Bread”. This way you get several muesli recipes as breakfast suggestions.
You can also choose flavors like “sweet”, “savory”, and “oriental”, but also whether you want to eat “hot” or “cold” and much more. Just click through and choose what you like. On the web, you can select several things at once for a meal as preferred or excluded.
You can either apply all of this to the entire week with one click, or you can adjust each day individually so that it fits perfectly into your weekly routine.
