While breakfast provides a good base for your day and can help you avoid food cravings, in the end it’s up to you to decide whether you like breakfast or not. You don’t have to eat three meals a day. How you ultimately spread your calories throughout the day is up to you. Interval Fasting, for example, allows you to start eating at lunchtime. We recommend experimentation and personal observation to find out what’s best for you.
