The low-carb diet is a form of nutrition in which you consume few carbohydrates, but more healthy fats and proteins. The low carb diet does not mean you don’t eat any carbs whatsoever. A diet with a carbohydrate content of below 5% is the ketogenic diet. If you want to lose weight, this is an option, as long as you feel healthy doing this. In the individual meal plan, however, you will not get pure low-carb plans, since this is not a dietary form that should be carried out in the long term. However, it is possible to prefer “low carb” for individual meals.
