You can choose from up to 4 different recipes per meal. You can also save your favorite recipes in your Virtual Cookbook and choose from them – so long as they have the appropriate calorie count and nutrient distribution for your goals.
We’ve deliberately incorporated repeats of Meals into your Plan to reduce your cooking time and save you money on groceries. That’s why we deliberately reduce the number of foods you need, without limiting the quality and variety of dishes for you.
Remember: A very large variety of Meals also means a much longer shopping list and much higher purchasing costs. A balanced variety of Meals assures you an inspiring number of different delicious recipes, at lower purchase prices.
With the button “Swap” you can swap between different Meal options. All Meals are suitable for you. If you still want more choices, the favorites and alternatives are at your disposal.
