Do you constantly see recipes in your plan being repeated? That doesn’t have to be the case! In order to have more variety and to have new recipes suggested to you, you can do the following:
- Check if you have marked your already cooked recipes as eaten. If not, you should do so right away. Because as soon as you mark dishes as eaten, it is recognised by our system and these recipes will not be suggested to you again in the near future. 😊
- Do you already know the alternatives function? Here you can choose between about 50 different recipes for each meal. If you don’t like the suggested recipe or have already had it suggested several times, you’re sure to find a new delicious recipe there. ✨
Of course, this will not show you every one of our recipes. Not all dishes are a perfect match for your calorie and nutrient requirements. We are constantly working on adding new recipes to the database so that the variety continues to grow and you can always choose from new recipes.
However, recipes may still be repeated from time to time. This is done to keep your shopping list a little smaller and to minimise food waste. The more varied your dishes, the more food you need. The more likely it is that the food will not be used.
