If you purchased an Upfit nutrition plan from an app store but want to cancel and get your money back, here’s what to do:
You transferred the money to the App Store instead of the Upfit website? If so, the debit will go through the store and not Upfit directly.
The transaction in the App Store is the responsibility of the App Store provider, so unfortunately we cannot give you any information about whether and when the return transfer of the purchase amount will take place.
Purchase via App Store
For example, when purchasing through the App Store or other Apple services, refunds can take between 2 and 60 days to be returned to your account.
Purchase via Google Play
When purchasing via Google Play, the refund can also take up to several working days.
