There are no special termination rights at Upfit. Once your Plan has been created and the costs have been deducted, the right of termination expires.
If you have a sudden reason for your cancellation immediately after the purchase, before the costs have been charged, please contact our customer team immediately. Write an email to info@upfit.de with your full name and order number. Our team will clarify everything else with you and make a possible cancellation.
Should your Nutrition Plan not be to your complete satisfaction, you can adapt it independently or feel free to contact us at any time. Our team will do everything to ensure that your Plan is optimally adapted to your wishes.
