If you eat only twice a day, we call these meals lunch and dinner. This is because we spread your nutritional needs over two meals and the portions for breakfast would be very large.
In general, you can set the app to suggest classic breakfast recipes for your midday meal. To do this, go to “Eating preferences at times of day” in the app or on the web under “Customize plan”. You can set what you prefer as the first meal of the day for “Lunch”.
Some ideas would include:
- sweet dishes
- yogurt
- bread
- cereal or porridge
This way you get more breakfast recipes for your first meal and you can also eat them in the morning.
As already mentioned, the portions then turn out larger than you are used to. You can eat what you don’t manage to eat after lunch as a snack if you like.
