- Upfit with allergies and intolerances
Intolerances and allergies are no problem with Upfit. You can simply tell us about them in the beginning, and we’ll consider them in your Plan. We specialize in Plans to help people who suffer from food intolerances or allergies. However, we can not substitute medical attention, so you should check with a doctor beforehand about what foods you are not allowed to eat. - Upfit with diseases such as Hashimoto, diabetes, and high cholesterol
Basically, you can also use Upfit with diseases. However, diseases can be different and require different treatment. For this reason, if an illness is known, you should first consult your doctor. After you confirm with your doctor that you can use Upfit, and find out what you should pay attention to when planning your diet, you can then implement these changes with the appropriate Plan modification at Upfit. Our Clean Eating Plans also take into account the cholesterol content of foods. In addition, you can exclude all foods that you do not want to eat. Learn more about using Upfit with diseases here.
- Upfit with mental illness
Since we cannot guarantee personal on-site care, you should first seek medical advice for mental illnesses (especially eating disorders). Upfit can help you with eating disorders, but it does not replace adequate mental health care. Psychological care is particularly important for treating eating disorders.
