Upfit gives you the opportunity to prep Meals for several days in advance. You can either activate this feature right at the beginning of your Plan, or you can adjust it yourself afterwards at any time. The Meal Prep feature allows you to choose when and for how many days you want to prep Meals. Portion sizes will be adjusted accordingly and you can enjoy delicious meals for the next few days without having to prepare them. This is great for professionals with little time to cook.
