You can drink 2-3 cups of black coffee or green tea daily without problems. However, adding milk or sugar to your coffee adds extra calories you should avoid. If milk is indispensable, we recommend a shot of low-fat milk (1.5% fat). If you do not eat dairy products, choose an unsweetened plant-based milk. As a general rule, you should avoid all sweetened and alcoholic drinks.
